A review, summary, or expert report will be produced that provides a fair summary of my opinions regarding:
(1) the applicable standard of care
(2) the manner in which the care rendered by defendant failed to meet the standard of care
(3) the causal relationship between that failure, injury or harm
The report will be formatted, and proofed in a professional manner. The report will contain an executive summary, my qualifications, as well as detailed and precise citations. The opinion will be communicated effectively, and expressed in a defensible manner.
